At Omnifisense- Creative in All Things, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. Please read the following information carefully to understand the process.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at hello.omnifisense@gmail.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Follow the return process mentioned above, and once your return is accepted, you can proceed with placing a new order for the desired item.

Exceptions

While we strive to accommodate all returns, there are certain items that cannot be returned for various reasons. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products that are specially ordered or personalized, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same conditions apply as mentioned above for returns, including the item being in the same condition as received, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.
